Julia Argyros is president of the Argyros Foundation based in Costa Mesa and is extensively involved in a variety of charitable endeavors. She is a trustee with South Coast Repertory Theater, on the board of directors for the Orange County Performing Arts Center and was the contributor to the Julianne Argyros Stage at South Coast Repertory Theater. Julia also serves on the advisory board of High Priority providing breast cancer education & research, is a founding and lifetime member of The Visionaries, a Newport Harbor Art Museum Support Group and an honorary life member of The Luminaries - Doheny Eye Institute, Orange County Chapter.
Ms. Argyros is a member of The Fashionables at Chapman University and serves on the advisory board of The Sophisticates serving Assessment and Treatment Services. She was a founding member and past president of The Angels of the Arts serving Orange County Performing Arts Center. and past board member of Orangewood Children’s Foundation.
Julia Argyros has received numerous honors and rewards over the years and was most recently
named “Philanthropist of the Year” by the Guilds of the Orange County Performing Arts Center.
A graduate of Western Michigan University, Ms. Argyros holds a Speech Therapy and Hard of Hearing Elementary Education Teaching Credential and is a licensed fly-fishing guide in the state of Idaho.
