Alexandros graduated with a B.S. from the University of California, Davis and M.S. degree in civil engineering from California State University, Sacramento. As an undergraduate he was awarded the title of “Undergraduate Research Scholar” for his work at the center of geotechnical modeling.

After university Mr. Bletsos joined ABS Consulting, Irvine and worked on designs to seismic retrofit existing structures and bring them up to strict California building codes. Three years later, he joined the firm of John A. Martin and Associates, Los Angeles and has been doing design of commercial new buildings in California, Arizona, and Nevada.

Mr. Bletsos is also a licensed civil engineer (P.E.) and hopes to have his structural engineering license (S.E.) this year. In his spare time he likes playing ice hockey, tennis, and enjoys foreign travel.
